Welcome to PsyNook

These General Terms of Participation apply to all workshops, seminars, and educational programmes organised by PsyNook.

By submitting your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms of Participation, as well as the specific terms and conditions applicable to the workshop for which you are registering.

1. Registration
Participation in each workshop is completed through online registration via the official PsyNook website.
Reservation of your place and the requirements for confirming your registration are specified on the page of each individual workshop.

2. Workshop-Specific Terms
Each workshop has its own dedicated page, which includes:

  • Workshop dates

  • Schedule

  • Participation fee

  • Payment methods and deadlines

  • Cancellation policy

  • Minimum and maximum number of participants

  • Any additional terms and conditions applicable to that specific workshop

These workshop-specific terms form an integral part of these General Terms of Participation.

3. Nature of the Workshops
PsyNook workshops are educational, psychoeducational, and experiential in nature. Their purpose is to promote personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional awareness.
The workshops do not constitute psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment, and they are not intended to replace professional mental health services.
Participation in a workshop does not establish a therapeutic relationship between the participant and the facilitator.

4. Participant Declaration
By participating in a PsyNook workshop, I acknowledge and agree that:

  • I understand the educational and experiential nature of the workshop.

  • I acknowledge that the workshop is not psychotherapy and that I will not receive diagnosis, treatment, or individualized psychological support.

  • I am participating voluntarily and at my own responsibility.

  • I am responsible for my own physical and emotional well-being throughout the workshop.

  • I may withdraw from the workshop at any time if I choose to do so.

  • If I require professional mental health support, I will seek assistance from a licensed mental health professional.

 

5. Respect and Confidentiality
PsyNook is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants.
Participants are expected to:

  • Treat everyone with respect.

  • Keep confidential any personal experiences shared during the workshops.

  • Contribute to creating a safe, collaborative, and inclusive environment.

PsyNook reserves the right to terminate the participation of any individual whose behaviour compromises the safety, well-being, or smooth operation of the workshop.

6. Personal Data
The personal information you provide will be used solely for:

  • Managing your registration

  • Communicating with you regarding workshops

  • Sending essential information before and after the workshop

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and PsyNook's Privacy Policy.

7. Amendments
PsyNook reserves the right to amend these General Terms of Participation whenever necessary. The most recent version will always be published on the official PsyNook website.

8. Acceptance of the Terms
By submitting your registration, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these General Terms of Participation.

  • You accept the specific terms and conditions of the workshop you are registering for.

  • You agree to comply with the participation requirements, instructions, and policies published by PsyNook.
